Welcome to Irwell Works Brewery

Situated in the former Irwell Steam, Tin, Copper and Iron Works in Ramsbottom, Lancashire. Built in 1888 by local coppersmith, Richard Mason, and used as an engineering works until 2002, the building remained derelict until being sympathetically restored in 2010 and transformed in to Irwell Works Brewery and Tap.

Our regular range of 8 Real Ales along with seasonal specials are all brewed on site and can be enjoyed in the Brewery Tap, situated above Irwell Works Brewery.
